1. Mix all ingredients 2. Place in Crock Pot 3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. 4. Feel free to change this to stovetop or instapot- follow a recipe as liquid amounts will change. 5. Freeze the extra in muffin tins for an easy reheat

2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond, cashew or coconut milk 4 cups water 1 15 oz. can pureed pumpkin 2 cups steel‐cut oats 1 apple, diced 1 tsp chia seeds 1 tsp flax seeds 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1⁄2 tsp sea salt 1 tsp vanilla 1 tbsp blackstrap molasses Toppings: sliced banana, berries, pumpkin seeds
