Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit. Line an 8″ x 8″ baking pan with with parchment paper. In a large bowl, Combine almonds, almond butter, 1/4 cup honey, coconut flakes, vanilla, and salt in a bowl. Stir in 1/4 cup chocolate chips.
Dump into pan, and flatten using a spatula to distribute mixture evenly.
Mixture will be sticky.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven from oven. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
Drizzle with remaining tablespoon of honey and allow to cool. Cut into 1″ squares. For an extra antioxidant punch, opt for dark chocolate chips.
