Best Berry Muesli

Breakfast

1. Pulse all ingredients except berries in food
processor until pecans are small but still visible.
2. Add berries and pulse again until a coarse
crumble forms.
3. Store in fridge and serve with milk, yogurt, or
kefir. You can also cook muesli on stove top like
you would oatmeal.

2 cups oats (rolled or old-fashioned)
1/2 unsweetened, shredded coconut
1/2 cup pecans
2 dates, chopped
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
1 cup frozen wild blueberries
1 cup frozen raspberries
