Black Bean Chili

Lunch

1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add onions and garlic and cook until the onions are translucent.
3. Add turkey and cook, stirring until meat is brown.
4. Stir in beans, tomatoes, chili powder, oregano, basil and vinegar.
5. Reduce heat to low, then cover and simmer for 60 minutes or more, until favors are well-blended.

1 tbs. olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. ground organic turkey
3 15-oz cans of black beans, undrained
1 14.5-oz can of crushed tomatoes
1 1/2 tbs. chili powder
1 tbs. dried oregano
1 tbs. dried basil leaves
1 tbs. red wine vinegar
