1. Spray a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray
and preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Combine ingredients in a large bowl adding
blueberries and coconut last.
3. Pour mixture into baking dish and bake for 1
hour. Oatmeal may still be soft after cooking.
