Chocolate Lentil Pancakes

Breakfast

1. Add ingredients to a blender and blend until
smooth.
2. Over medium heat, warm a skillet. Spray
skillet lightly with oil to avoid pancakes
sticking.
3. Cook like regular pancakes: Pour out 2-3
tablespoons of batter onto skillet. Allow them
to cook 5-6 minutes or until bubbles start to
rise and then flip for another 5-6 minutes.
4. Best served with Sea Slim's Berry Sauce!

2 1/2 cups cooked red lentils
3 eggs
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
1-2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
3/4 cup cocoa
