Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat cream cheese and eggs until combined.
Add sour cream and rest of ingredients and beat at low speed just until combined.
Pour into 9-inch pie plate that has been sprayed with butter-flavor cooking spray.
Place pie plate into another slightly larger pan half filled with warm water
Bake for 50 minutes.
Turn off the oven and let cool in oven.
Chill well before serving.
2 8-oz. packages light cream cheese, softened
1 cup non-fat sour cream
2/3 cup Stevia Blend
1 tsp. rum flavoring
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
