Fresh Herb Salad Dressing
Combine all ingredients except olive oil.
Add olive oil slowly while whisking until dressing is emulsified (mixed).
Keep refrigerated and use within 4 days
4 cloves of garlic, minced
¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
2 tsp dried oregano (or 2 tbsp fresh)
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
½ tsp fresh black pepper
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
