Mashed Cauliflower

Dinner

1. Steam frozen cauliflower until very tender.
Reserve cooking liquid.
2. Transfer cauliflower to food processor. Add in
garlic and oil; run until smooth. Add cooking
liquid if mixture appears too dry.
3. Pour into a medium sized bowl and salt &
pepper to taste.
4. Serve hot and enjoy as a wonderful
alternative to mashed potatoes.

1-2 bags frozen cauliflower florets
3 cloves garlic (1 tsp garlic powder)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
