1.Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a 13x9 casserole or rimmed baking sheet with olive oil.
2. In a bowl combine turkey, oats, 3 tbsp ketchup, onion, egg, marjoram, and 1/2 tsp salt.
3. Form mixture into 4 small loaves and space them evenly in pan so they don't touch.
4. In a separate bowl combine veggies with olive oil, garlic, pepper, and remaining 1/2 tsp salt. Spread veggies onto pan between meat loaves.
5. Bake for 12 minutes. Then turn veggies and continue to bake for another 12-15 minutes or until loaves are cooked through.
