Peanut Butter Chocolate Ricotta Creme
Mix and place in two serving dishes.
Chill and serve.
1 cup non-fat or part-skim ricotta cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 or 3 packets of Splenda (or agave nectar to taste)
1/2 to 1tbs. no-sugar added peanut butter
1 to 2 tbs. Walden Farms chocolate syrup
