Pumpkin Mousse

Snack

In a large bowl, combine pumpkin and yogurt, and whisk together.  Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until cold. Garnish with cinnamon.

 

Makes 1 serving.  To serve two, double the recipe.

1/2 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
1 tsp honey
cinnamon to garnish
