Roasted Cabbage Steaks
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. If not using a non-stick baking sheet, lightly coat pan w/oil.
In a bowl whisk together olive oil, vinegar, and honey.
Spread cabbage steaks on baking sheet and brush with oil, vinegar, and honey mix. Season with salt and pepper. Top with thyme.
Roast for 25-30 minutes or until cabbage is tender and edges are golden. Serves: 2
1/2 head savoy cabbage or green cabbage, cut into 1/2-inch-thick rounds
3 tbsp olive oil
¾ tsp coarse salt
½ tsp ground white pepper
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp honey
1 sprig fresh thyme
