Roasted Cauliflower with Parmesan
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
Trim cauliflower and cut into bite sized florets
Place cauliflower on roasting dish. Drizzle with oil, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat.
Bake at 450F for ~20 minutes until slightly browned, mixing every 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with herbs and garlic and continue roasting for another 5 minutes.
Combine cauliflower and cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2 cauliflower heads
1 tsp parsley
2 tsp thyme
2 tsp tarragon
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup dry aged parmesan, grated
salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste
