1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Season shrimp with spices and cook for 4 minutes flipping them until pink on each side. Remove and set aside.
3. Cook onions and peppers until softened. Add garlic, sausage and zucchini and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring to prevent burning.
4. Add shrimp and stock. Heat through and adjust seasonings.
