Sausage and Shrimp Skillet

Dinner

1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Season shrimp with spices and cook for 4 minutes flipping them until pink on each side. Remove and set aside.
3. Cook onions and peppers until softened. Add garlic, sausage and zucchini and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring to prevent burning.
4. Add shrimp and stock. Heat through and adjust seasonings.

1lb. shrimp (peeled & deveined)
6 oz precooked chicken sausage, sliced
2 cups frozen stoplight peppers (or fresh)
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 cup zucchini, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced (or 1 tsp dry)
2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning (or similar)
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 T Olive oil
1/4 cup chicken stock
