Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken

Lunch

1. Place chicken, water, salt, garlic, onion, black pepper and hot sauce in slow cooker. Mix ingredients well.
2. Cook on low for 6-7 hours (high 4-5 hours) or until chicken is easily shredded.
3. Shred chicken just before serving (hot or cold)
4. In a bowl combine cheese (can sub for 1/2 cup more yogurt and more hot sauce), yogurt, additional hot sauce and basil well.
5. Combine sauce with chicken and enjoy!

1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons hot sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot)
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (optional
5.3-ounce container NF plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons hot sauce (Frank's Red Hot)
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
