1. In a slow cooker place veggies and then chicken breast on top. Sprinkle with seasoning and then pour pasta sauce over chicken.
2. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-2.5 hours until cooked through
3. Remove chicken.
4. Combine arrowroot starch with water and then stir into slow cooker sauce. Cover and cook on high for 15 minutes.
5. Spoon over chicken and serve.
