Slow Cooker Tomatillo Chicken

Dinner

1. Place chicken in slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle seasonings on chicken.
3. Add beans, zucchini, and salsa.
4. Cook on high for 3.5 hours or low for 6 hours. 

1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 medium zucchini, chopped
1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
12 oz jar tomatillo salsa
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
