Spicy Lemon Chicken Thighs
Run lemon juice, zest, ginger, jalapeno, garlic, salt, and pepper in a food processor until pureed. This is your marinade.
Place chicken thighs and marinade in a zip lock bag for 2 hours to overnight.
Warm up grill with medium heat. Grill chicken for 3-4 minutes each side, or until cooked through.

6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 lemon, juiced and zested
2” piece of ginger, peeled and finely chopped
2/3 piece of jalapeno
2 cloves garlic, peeled
Salt & pepper to taste
