Spicy Sweet Apple Crisps
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Place apple slices, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and chipotle chile pepper in a large ziplock. Toss to coat.
Arrange apple slices in a single layer on a lined baking sheet (use foil or parchment paper).
Bake for two hours or until crips, turing and rotating pan ever 30 minutes.
2 large apples (Fiji and Gala work very well), cored and sliced thinly (1/4″).
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground chipotle chile pepper
