Steamed Spicy Garlic Clams
Cook clams, parsley, garlic, oil and crushed red pepper in large covered pot until clams open (about 10 minutes). Discard any clams that don’t open.
6 lbs, littleneck or other small clams, scrubbed
1/2 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
3 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp. dried crushed red pepper
