Put 2 tsp olive oil in a large pan. Stir the taco seasoning, the garlic, and the meat or shrimp together in the pan, and sauté until done. Set aside. Add 1 tsp olive oil to the pan and sauté the mushrooms, onion and green pepper until onions are translucent, adding salt and pepper to taste. In a separate pan, sauté the spiralized zucchini in the remaining 2 tbsp olive oil on medium heat. Top the zoodles with the cooked shrimp or meat and the vegetables. Top with sliced avocado, cilantro and salsa.
