Teriyaki Beef Sticks

Dinner

1. In a medium sized bowl combine oils,
soy sauce, vinegar, and sweetener. Coat
beef and allow to marinate for at least 1
hour. Remove from fridge at least 30
minutes before cooking.
2. Preheat grill on medium heat. Skewer
marinated beef evenly among the 4 sticks.
3. Grill for 2-3 minutes each side or until
desired tenderness.

1 lb lean beef, cut into chunks
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp avocado oil (or other light oil)
2 Tbsp coconut aminos
2 Tbsp unseasoned (sugar free) rice wine
vinegar
2 Tbsp erythritol granulated sweetener
4 wooden skewers, soaked in water
