Three-Minute Flourless Chocolate Cake

Snack

Melt butter or margarine.

 

Whisk in cocoa, egg, milk and agave.

 

Microwave on high for about 1 minute (watch closely—may need less time)

 

Cool completely or serve slightly warm.

1 tbs. Smart Balance or pastured butter/ghee

2 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder

1 egg

2 tbs. skim milk

3 tsp. agave nectar or honey
