Turkey Waldorf Salad
In a medium bowl, combine turkey, celery, apple, walnut, mayonnaise, yogurt, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Cover and refrigerate at least one hour to allow the flavors to blend.
Serve over lettuce leaves.
6 oz. cooked turkey breast, cubed
1/2 cup diced celery
1 small tart red apple, cored and cut into small cubes
2 tbs. chopped walnuts
1 tbs. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 tbs. non-fat Greek yogurt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 lettuce leaves
