Breakfast

Simmer herbs and liquid together for 10 minutes. Pour in cup and enjoy!

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp fresh grated ginger

pinch of clove or seep with whole cloves

1/2 - 2 tsp ground turmeric, depending on your taste buds

1-2 cups of boiling water or unsweetened non-dairy milk (almond, coconut, hemp milk)
